While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee immunity from illegal hacking or cyberattacks. Galaxy Ark retains your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, meet legal obligations, or serve legitimate business interests.

Managing Your Information

You have several options to manage the information Galaxy Ark collects and processes:

  • Access and edit your information via your account. If you find inaccuracies, you may request corrections, and we will address them promptly. Full removal from our subscription databases may not always be feasible; if so, we will explain why.
  • You may withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by contacting us via official customer service or email. Note that withdrawal may limit your access to some services. Also, withdrawal does not affect our ability to collect or process data when permitted by law.
  • You can delete your account at any time. Your personal data will be deleted per our data retention policy. You may also request complete deletion of your information—we will accommodate requests where legally permissible.
  • Adjust your device settings to revoke app access to certain storage information, such as contact lists or photo libraries.
  • Configure your mobile device to limit ad tracking, which blocks access to your advertising ID or IDFA.
  • Limit data sharing with marketing partners by contacting customer service or emailing us. Once disabled, we will stop sharing your personal data with these partners.

Data Transfers

Our services are primarily designed for use within the United States. If you use our services from outside the U.S. (e.g., while traveling), you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the U.S., which may have different data protection standards than your jurisdiction.

California Residents:
Under California law, we do not share your data with non-affiliates unless legally permitted or you have provided consent. We also limit sharing between affiliates where required.

  • Do Not Track: We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Third parties may collect personal data across apps or websites while using our services.

Vermont Residents:
We do not share your personal data with non-affiliates, except as allowed by law (e.g., to process transactions). We do not share credit data with affiliates and only share data with affiliates for marketing if allowed. Contact us to limit this sharing.

Nevada Residents:
This notice is provided under Nevada law. You may contact us via customer service to be added to our internal do-not-call list.
