Galaxy Ark is committed to protecting your account and assets from fraud. By using our secure login system—along with a free physical security device or software application—you can add an extra layer of protection to your account. Although logging in requires an additional step, the security code generated randomly on your terminal system, used alongside your username and password, significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access. This simple measure greatly enhances the security of your account.
Imagine this: even if a hacker or identity thief manages to obtain your Galaxy Ark username and password, they won’t be able to bypass the security code automatically generated for your account. Protected by our secure login system and security device, hackers cannot easily access your phone or retrieve its data. As a result, they will not be able to access your account. The security device adds a strong, extra layer of protection to your Galaxy Ark account.
Phone/Email Two-Factor Authentication
During the account application process, we require you to verify your phone number and/or email address. This enables our dual-layer security feature through SMS or email-based verification. When you attempt to log in, Galaxy Ark will send you a one-time password (OTP) via text or email.
Please note that phone/email two-factor authentication is temporary. Once you activate any of the digital or physical security devices mentioned above, phone/email verification will no longer be required.
